At An Nam, every dish begins with a memory.
Our name comes from an ancient term for Vietnam — a land of rivers, rice fields, bustling markets, and fragrant kitchens where recipes are passed down through generations. It is a reminder of our roots and our mission: to bring the warmth, balance, and vibrancy of Vietnamese cuisine to Boston’s table.
The heart of Vietnamese cooking lies in harmony — sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and umami. In our kitchen, this balance guides everything we create.
